Refund Policy
You can withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of delivery. You must return the product and thus have the option of requesting a replacement for another product or a refund of the purchase price of the product. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken physical possession of the goods.
Please note that refunds are only possible after your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been successfully checked!
The item should be returned undamaged, if possible in the original and undamaged packaging and with all the parts supplied. If the product or the original packaging arrives damaged or excessively used, the company reserves the right to make a deduction from the refund of the purchase value of the product.
Returns must be sent to the address of origin in China. Please contact our support info@tailorclo.com to request a return form. The return costs are at the sender's expense.
Rejection of an order
If you refuse an order during delivery, the costs of returning and processing the items in your order will be at your expense. The cost of restocking is €10 per order + the shipping costs to Ningbo of €15.49.
If a shipment is brought to a pick-up point (after you have been away from home) and you have not picked it up within the agreed time frame, this will be considered as an order refusal.
Cancellation policy
You cannot cancel your last order yet. When you start ordering, we will start packing and selling directly so that we can produce the products as soon as possible for you to benefit from. Therefore, it may be that you do not order more than is the case.
The reason why you need to place your order is to cancel the order and then provide you with a single return procedure.
Before returning the product to us, check the order confirmation or invoice you received by email at the time of order to ensure that you have purchased the product from our online store. If you send us a product that was not purchased from us, we are not responsible for your error and will not return the package or refund you the cost of the return.
The postage costs for returns must be borne by the customer, freight collect parcels will not be accepted.
As soon as the complaints department receives your parcel, a new product will be sent to you as a replacement within 8 working days or the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method with which you placed the order. We will refund the entire order value (with the exception of any additional costs incurred as a result of you choosing a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping method offered by us).
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
- The exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:
- Contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are personalized;
- Contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded;
- Contracts for the supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except subscription contracts for these publications;
- Contracts for the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
- Contracts for the supply of goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery
- Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software, provided that the seal on the delivered data carriers has been broken by the consumer;
- Contracts for the supply of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which are beyond the trader's control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
- Contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun with the consumer's express prior consent and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.
ATTENTION: If you voluntarily return a product from which withdrawal is not possible, outside the 14-day withdrawal period, outside the 14-day return period after notification of withdrawal or return a product, we cannot issue a credit note. Unused products will be destroyed after 2 months.
ONLY APPLICATIONS THAT MEET ALL OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS CAN BE PROCESSED SUCCESSFULLY.
