Ordering and shipping
We currently only deliver to addresses within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary, but on average are between 3-7 working days within Germany and 5-10 working days to Austria and Switzerland.
We do not currently offer express shipping services.
Your order may not have shipped yet because there have been delays in processing, there may be inventory issues, or because additional verification is required for hassle-free delivery. Please make sure your address and house number are correct. Without the house number we cannot fully process the order and ship it successfully.
Exchanges and returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@tailorclo.com with your order number and state which product you would like to return. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary information.
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase to receive a refund. Please note that the goods must be returned to the country of origin.
We do not offer refunds for items purchased and discounted during a sale.
We currently do not offer a direct exchange option. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
We will only process the refund once the item has already arrived at our warehouse. It usually takes 3-7 working days for the return to reach us, depending on logistical processes. Once the item has arrived at our warehouse, it will take at least 2-3 business days for the funds to be transferred back to your bank.
Payment and other questions
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery. Click here to go to our tracking page. Here you can enter your tracking number and your order number to track your order.
As soon as we receive your order, we will immediately start packing and shipping so that we can deliver the products to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, unfortunately your order cannot be canceled once it has been placed.
Ordering from us is very easy. Click the "Add to Cart" button next to the product you want to purchase. You will be automatically redirected to your shopping cart. Click "Checkout", enter your address details, and pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. It is currently not possible to order by phone or email.
